Returns Policy
General Returns:
You may return an item up to thirty (30) days from original purchase. Return Material Authorizations (RMA) are required prior to returning any products. Items will need to be returned in original packaging and unused condition. Waldmann Lighting will inspect each return and will have final say as to if a refund can be issued. Waldmann Lighting may assess a re-socking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. Re-socking fees are at the digression of Waldmann Lighting. Issued Refunds usually take approx 4 weeks from receipt of returned items and may take several days to clear your bank.
Returns for defective items:
Return Material Authorizations (RMA) are required prior to returning any products that are defective. Waldmann Lighting will inspect each defective item and determine if a refund or replacement is to be given. If Waldmann Lighting decides that the item can be repaired, they may do so. If Waldmann Lighting determines that user error or wrong installation is the cause of defective item, the cost of repair or replacement will fall to customer. Some items require a fee to test and inspect. Waldmann Lighting determine fees at their digression.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order and with your Return Material Authorization (RMA).
Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We use either UPS or FedEx to ship items that can be shipped that way. On occasion, some large items or large quantity of items may need to be shipped via Truck. We offer Free Shipping via UPS or FedEx Ground per our digression. Shipping cost for accessories and truck shipments may be passed on to the customer.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
